At Tahleea, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility for our customers. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@tahleea.com.

  2. Refunds:

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days prior to the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date are allowed without penalty, subject to availability.
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
  4. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

  5. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us at admin@tahleea.com as soon as possible. We will evaluate emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or rescheduling without penalty at our discretion.
